What we collect

When you send a request, we receive the details you type into the form: your name, email, optional phone number, county, what you need, an optional date, the drinks you choose (flavor, size, how many and milk), an approximate cup count for events, drink notes, and any message. Please don't send card or payment details.

Why

We use these details only to answer your request and arrange your order or event.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to Kiss & Love Coffee at the address on this site. It is not stored in a database on this website.

How long we keep it

We keep order requests for 12 months, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing Email us.

Spam protection

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare processes a short challenge in your browser when the form loads; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details. The form also keeps a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, together with the times of your recent requests, for about an hour, only to limit how many requests one connection can send, and then deletes it automatically. It is stored on our web host and is not included in the request email.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile (described above) may set or read its own cookies or browser storage on the request page in order to run its challenge.
